we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Our goal is to make the cancellation process simple and transparent.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Alternatively, customers may choose to receive the refund as Buycheez Store Credit, which can be used to purchase any other product from our collection.
Buycheez Rights
Buycheez reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
